Terms of Service

Castlane is a social media publishing tool operated by Ancient City Associates LLC (“we”). These terms apply to our staff who use it and to anyone who connects a social media account to it.

Who can use Castlane

Only authorized Ancient City Associates staff can sign in. Account owners, including our clients, connect their accounts so we can publish content on their behalf that they have asked for or approved.

Your accounts and content

• Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and publish only content you have the right to publish.
• You keep ownership of your content. You let us store it and send it to the platforms you choose, only to publish it.
• Each platform’s own rules still apply: Meta’s terms for Facebook, Instagram, and Threads, the LinkedIn User Agreement, Pinterest’s Terms of Service, and the YouTube Terms of Service.
• By connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

What Castlane does not promise

Platforms can change, delay, limit, or refuse posts, and can change or withdraw access to their services. Castlane shows the result of every post it sends, but it is provided as is, without warranties, and we are not responsible for what a platform does with a post.

Ending access

You can disconnect an account in Castlane or remove its access in the platform’s settings at any time. We may disconnect accounts or end access to Castlane at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to the information.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
